How does Remote Monitoring work?

When an intruder, fire or other unusual activity is detected by your security system, an alarm is sent to staff in the remote monitoring station. If the site has CCTV cameras, the security guards can then investigate the cause of the alarm to determine whether prompt action is required and emergency services need to be notified.
